RECRUITEMENT METHODOLOGY

   Definition of the candidate profile and the approach to be used (cold     calling, advertisement, search of our “database”, use of our network of     contacts)
  
Screening of candidates according to criteria articulated in the     Candidate’s profile.
  
Pre-selection of potential candidates through telephone interviews.
  
Face to face interview during which we assess ability to meet the     requirements of the positions, level of commitment, and mobility. In     advance of this interview, the candidate will have access to information     about the company and the position as well as to an overview of the     recruiting process.
  
Validation though industry-specific questionnaire, references, personality     tests and graphology (upon request).
  
Presentation of 2 to 3 candidates.
  
Assistance through the final decision process.
  
Monitoring of Candidate integration
