OUR APPROACH
Stage 1 : context study
Definition of the post and candidate profile
Knowledge of the sector and its professions allows Talences, a specialized firm, to inform companies about trends in HR and the employment market in the sector.
The analysis of the post within the company strategy is carried out after an in-dept meeting with HR and/or operational staff.
Transmission of a mission document, which summarizes information about the company, recruitment context, position of the post, job description, candidate profile, and sought-after skills and attributes.
The document is validated by the company and presented to the selected candidates.
                                                                     
Stage 2 :
The search
A search strategy appropriate to the mission is determined by Talences in collaboration with the company.
The strategy is defined according to the degree of confidentiality, volume of recruitment, and scarcity of resources.
Determination of sourcing method : direct approach (headhunting) or mixed approach, CV libraries/directories/social networks, Talences database, and Talences network.
                                                                     
Stage 3 :
Assessment and selection of candidates
Collection and pre-selection of candidate by telephone interview.
Individual in-depth interview with the pre-selected candidate, where Talences assesses their general aptitude according to the criteria requested by the company, the validity of their motivation, and their mobility conditions.
Validation of the selected candidates: checking of references while respecting the confidentiality due to the candidate, further administrative checks, and personality test.
                                                                     
Stage 4 :
Presentation and advice on the hiring decision
Presentation of the candidates: transmission of presentation files, application summary with a conclusion on the suitability of the profile for the post on offer.
– After interviews with the company, Talences supports both parties with negotiation, advice and help in making a decision.
                                                                     
Stage 5 :
Integration monitoring
– Talences monitors the candidate’s integration with his manager.
